Five mokuhanga prints portraits carved and printed during the MI-LAB residency in Fujikawaguchiko, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan, in Spring of 2015. Bound in Fukuoka, Japan in the Summer of 2015.
Edition of 2, signed and numbered. Hardback accordion in washi slip cover with woodblock printed 'Isetetsu' endpapers. Hand woodblock printed on 'Ozu washi' paper with water colour inks and hand painted text within. Published by Battenburg Press in September 2015. Launched at the 2015 London Art Book Fair, Whitechapel Art Gallery. The edition is housed in the Manchester Metropolitan University Special Collections Library and Winchester School of Art Special Collections Library, where they can be viewed by appointment.
