Forty Two

A picture and words are recorded for each of the 42 days and nights spent observing the seasonal change in the Scottish Borders during a residency at Deuchar Mill, Yarrow.  An attempt to capture the contemplation of hibernation, solitude and chosen silence and the renewal of the year with the arrival of Spring. A book charting metamorphism and quiet desire, honesty served up through bitter-cold-walls. One colour litho printed on newsprint paper with 2 colour plates, soft-back Somerset velvet cover, with blind debased title. Edition of 100, 150 x 215mm, 2007.
