Hibernate
Hibernate was a durational performance for the Autumn Equinox 2017 made in the site-responsive installation Weak from Dreaming, a 4 meter high one-person observatory located in the Northumberland National Park, England. The performance (12 hours 38 minutes) marked the culmination of a year-long work This Place You Return to is Home, a hand-knitted cocoon of locally dyed indigo yarn, the completion of a year of knitting a line of stitches a day of over 10,000 stitches in total.
