The Last Light

160 sheets of mulberry paper were handmade and coated in UV-sensitive light chemicals and installed on the windowless wall of a derelict shooting hut on the Northumberland moors to mark the shortest day of 2016 on the Winter Solstice. The print installation was documented in a time-lapse video between sunrise to sunset in The Last Light (2m 24s), which was projected through a glass-less window frame during Blue Hours/an exhibition in four parts in 2017.
